Shipping & Returns
Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on your shipping address and or items in your cart. Some Crew Avenue items ship Free! Others have a flat rate of up to $6.50 in the United States, Canada addresses have a flat rate of $13.85 and all other available international countries have a flat rate of $18.85.
Transit Time:
Once your item has finished fulfillment and shipped, there are a few different transit time frames depending on your order:
United States:
Standard Shipping at Checkout: 5-8 Business Days
Priority Shipping at Checkout: 2-4 Business Days
Canada & International Locations:
Standard Shipping: Up to 15 Business days
Return Policy:
For any return, refund, or exchange, please email: shopmlmcrew@gmail.com - Basic unworn items are welcome to be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once your item has been returned to sender, Crew Avenue will issue your discussed refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping back to sender in the event of an exchange or if the item is "no longer needed".
If your item arrives damaged or the wrong item was shipped accidentally, please email: shopmlmcrew@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include photos, your order number, and a short statement about the item. Crew Avenue will happily resolve the inconvenience in a timely manner. In some cases, you may be asked to return the item back to Crew Avenue. If you are asked to return the item, your shipping charges are complimentary.
What is the "Fulfillment Time"?
Fulfillment time is the time it takes for an order to be accepted, curated, and packed. Expect Fulfillment time to take anywhere between 3-8 Business Days before shipment.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some items are processed more quickly than others! Don't worry if you receive 1 of 3 items. The rest of your order will be on its way soon and you will be updated with any extra tracking numbers.
